Employment Mobility Scheme Launched

InHouse has just completed an extensive branding and marketing campaign for JobMoves. InHouse have produced a detailed campaign that incorporates branding, direct marketing, and online & offline advertising.

JobMoves is a 12 month social mobility pilot scheme, delivered by the Northern Housing Consortium and funded and supported by Communities and Local Government (CLG).

JobMoves is an advice and support service available to social housing tenants on re-housing options within the North of England. Job Moves is a personalised advice and advocacy service for social housing tenants in the North who are in work but are finding difficult to commute. It is aimed at those who have a firm job offer or those with an apprenticeship placement an unreasonable distance from home.

Over 2000 information packs have been distributed to housing organisations, Jobcentre Plus offices, voluntary organisations, and Shelter, Working Links & Citizen Advice offices. Each pack contained a folder, 12 page stakeholder guide, 8 page tenants guide, A3 & A4 posters, Marketing CD, and POS stand with leaflets. In addition, InHouse also designed and produced the Harrogate Conference exhibiton stand and the attention-grabbing buzzer game that is in the shape of the logo.

During the conference, the stand caught the eye of the Minister of State for Housing & Local Government, Grant Shapps MP and he couldn't wait to find out more about the scheme. The scheme is already experiencing great interest and looks set to be a major success.
