InHouse have been appointed by J Radcliffe's to provide strategic consultancy and creative design on a number of key projects.

Radcliffe Developments is a commercial property development company operating throughout the North of England. The company works closely with landowners and local authorities to enhance land values, and is a specialist in complex land assemblies and planning matters.

InHouse will add marketing and communications expertise to the comprehensive service already offered by the company.

Due to the complex and sensitive nature of the development process and the long timescales that projects take to go public, most work will not be seen for a period of time, however in January, InHouse produced its first document ‘A Blueprint for Farnley Tyas'.
